  1. 1 Contest Rules for Circle City Sweepstakes — No purchase necessary to win. Applicant will be entered for a chance to win after they complete the submission form at gafmacademy.com/CircleCity. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. One entry per person. Odds of winning depend on entries received. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and officials of Elements Financial and Indianapolis Indians, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate in the contest. By entering the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Elements Financial, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officials, officers, employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damages of any kind arising from, or in connection with, this contest. Contest runs from March 31, 2023 - September 1, 2023. Winner will be drawn at random and contacted by Elements Financial by September 10, 2023. Winner has 48 business hours to claim the prize. If not claimed, a new winner will be chosen at random. All decisions of Elements Financial with respect to the contest are final. Prizes are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the contest winner. Winner agrees to release name(s) and be shown on social media.     There is one (1) total winner, winning: One (1) customized Indianapolis Indians Circle City Jersey, one (1) Indianapolis Indians Circle City hat, and 15 total tickets for a suite at Victory Field for the Thursday, September 21, 2023 game. No substitutions allowed. Jersey customization at the discretion of the Indianapolis Indians. Postponement or cancellation subject to the raincheck policy of the Indianapolis Indians. The combined total value is $2,500.

  2. 2 Credit Card Related $200 Cash Bonus Value Offer — requiring at least 10 card purchase transactions totaling at least net $1,000 within 90 days of card approval — will be fulfilled as a one-time $200 statement credit. Statement credit will not reduce your monthly payment. If the account is closed within six months, we reserve the right to add the amount of the statement credit back to your account balance at that time. Secured Credit Card excluded.   3. 3 Indianapolis Indians Charities Contribution  — Upon meeting the qualifications for the cash bonus offer, a $100 corporate contribution from Elements directly to Indianapolis Indians Charities will be activated.
  4. 4 Club Tickets — Cardholder is automatically entered to win four tickets to the Elements Financial Club at Victory Field, valued at $340 total/$85 per ticket, when the first transaction with their Indianapolis Indians Visa Credit Card is made during the 2023 season (Season Runs March - September). There will be a total of four (4) winners drawn at random from all entries, with one (1) selected for each month – June, July, August, and September 2023 – to attend the game of their choice in that season among dates available. No substitution dates allowed. Postponement or cancellation is subject to the raincheck policy of the Indianapolis Indians. Winners will be notified by Elements Financial before the beginning of each winning month. If winner is unable to attend the game chosen, another winner will be chosen at random. No purchase necessary. Participants can also enter by printing their name, telephone number, and email address and mailing the entry (postage prepaid) to Elements Financial, c/o Marketing for “Indianapolis Indians Visa Club Tickets” 225 South East Street, Suite 300, Indianapolis, IN, 46202. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
  5. 5 Concessions — Available to cardholders who visit Guest Relations at Victory Field during 2023 Wednesday Day Games and show their Indianapolis Indians Visa. Voucher to be provided for one (1) popcorn and one (1) soda to use at the concession stand. Limit one voucher per game, per cardholder.
  6. 6 High Interest Checking Account (Standard HINT) pays dividends using blended rate tiers meaning the stated dividend rate will be paid on the portion of the balance for each tier. The Annual Percentage Yield (APY) for Tier 1 is 2.00% on balances up to $20,000.00 and the **Tier 2 APY ranges from 2.00% to 0.86% on balances from $20,000.01 to $50,000.00. To earn Tier 1 or Tier 2 dividend rates, 15 qualifying transactions must post per statement cycle on the account. The statement cycle includes all transactions posted after the last business day of the prior month through the last business day of the current month. Accounts not meeting the qualifying transaction threshold will earn 0.05% APY. Rates accurate as of February 1, 2024. All rates are variable and may change without notice at any time. Only the following are qualifying transactions: Debit card purchases, checks, bill payments, ATM withdrawals and ACH withdrawals. No other transactions qualify. At least one account holder must be at least 18 years old. Fees may reduce earnings.
  7. 7 Ticket Discount — Discount of $4 applies with online ticket purchases when using the code “Elements” at checkout. Not valid for July 4, 2023 game. Offer valid through 2023 season.
